JAPANESE GREEN TEA-SENCHA

IMG_3849.jpg

Sencha is made from shoots grown without sunlight, and the tea leaves are rubbed and dried in several stages.

WANOYA's green tea is supported by the energy of the soft sun, pure water and gentle breezes blowing through the hills in the production area.

Sencha is characterised by a good balance of aroma, sweetness, astringency and bitterness.
It goes well with all kinds of sweets, not only sweet ones but also savoury ones.
Sencha is the most commonly drunk tea in Japan.

It can also be enjoyed as many times as you like.
Brewed in a kyusu (teapot), it has a deeper aroma and richer flavour.

Enjoy with soft mineral water.
Hard water (including tap water) will spoil the colour and aroma.
