WANOYA - Terms and Conditions

Before using any of the WANOYA Services, please read these Terms and Conditions.


Thank you for visiting We know that terms and conditions can get pretty dense, but we want you to read this to understand the scope of our services.


  • Parties to this agreement

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the use of services offered by WANOYA CO (referred to hereinafter as WANOYA). When a person (referred to hereinafter as the Customer) orders product/s, he or she agrees to this Agreement.

  • Use of WANOYA services

    WANOYA services are intended for private individuals, institutions and companies which are located outside Japan.

    The return policy does not apply to orders made by institutions or companies.

    All information available on, including images, photo, and texts, are protected by worldwide copyright and other proprietary laws and treaty provisions. WANOYA grants all Customers a limited license to make personal use of this information. It is not allowed to download, duplicate, sell, or modify, any portion of without written authorization from WANOYA.

  • Privacy policy

    WANOYA is committed to respecting all Customers’ privacy. WANOYA is the sole owner of all information provided on The information is used only by us and by third party firms that perform certain activities for us, for instance, delivery services. In these cases, we only pass on information necessary for executing these activities.

    WANOYA will not sell, share or rent Customer information to any other entity for any reason, except for third party firms that facilitate the processing the order.

    WANOYA reserves the right to transfer information provided by the Customer to the authorities in case of infringement of laws by the Customer.

    The Customer has the right to examine, change and delete information about him/herself from the WANOYA register. Upon request WANOYA grants any Customer who ordered products and authenticates his or her identity with access to information that WANOYA has gathered from them.

  • Ordering and Payment Terms

    When a Customer places an order on the binding sales agreement between the Customer and WANOYA is reached when the Customer receives an order confirmation e-mail in which the availability and estimated delivery time are confirmed by WANOYA’s customer service.

    WANOYA must receive the payment from the Customer prior to the acceptance of an order.

    WANOYA reserves the right to reject orders.

Product prices

The product price is the price displayed for the item at the time of ordering.

All product prices and delivery charges are displayed in Euros (€).

Shipping delivery policy

Delivery charges are determined when the Customer places an order on The charges can be found under ‘Shopping Cart’ on

Delivery times vary and depend on the availability of the product, the type of shipment, and the shipping destination. The average durations of shipment can be found under ‘Shipping’ on

WANOYA is not liable for delays in performing or failure to perform this Agreement, which are directly attributable to causes beyond its reasonable control. This includes shipping times.

WANOYA reserves the right to separately deliver different products placed in the same order.

WANOYA is responsible for the loss and damage of the product occurred during the delivery.

All shipping fees are clearly indicated on the Shopping Cart summary page, and also on the checkout page. In case the order is on stock, all orders placed on are carefully prepared and shipped within 48 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese holidays) after the order confirmation. As soon as the package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation mail that contains your order tracking number. Please be aware that delays in shipping and customs may occur. In case the order is not on stock, we will contact you.

Delivery issues

Delays: It is possible that a package can take up to the date which is stated in the order confirmation email. If it has not yet arrived on the indicated day, please consider that delays can occur because of customs clearance procedures.

Damage: If you receive an already damaged product, please send within 2 days an e-mail with your order tracking number and pictures of the damaged product to

Mistakes: If you believe there has been a mistake with your order, we will do all we can to remedy the problem. Simply send an e-mail with your order tracking number to

Package is being returned to us: If your package has been sent back to us (for example, because an unknown/mistaken address), we will contact you to organize a new delivery. Note that if this happens, shipping costs may vary.

  • Tax & Customs Fee

All orders cross international borders and may therefore be subject to custom duties, taxes, and other fees that the destination country imposes. WANOYA has neither control over these charges nor the delays they may cause. Policies vary extensively around the globe and it is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain additional information from the local customs office.

  • Cancellation and returns

Customers that are not institutions or companies have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days of receiving the delivery. The following points are important when you wish to cancel or return an order.

  • Orders can only be cancelled and returned according to the WANOYA terms and conditions

    All cancellations and returns require an order cancellation number. This number can be obtained the WANOYA’s customer service. Simply send an email with your original order tracking number and the reasons for cancellation or return to

    Only unused product/s can be returned. All items must be returned in “as-new” condition in their original packaging or an equivalent, equally-safe packaging.

    The product(s) must be returned immediately after receiving the order cancellation number. Returning orders without the order cancellation number cannot be accepted.

    When returning product(s) Customers will be responsible for the risk of damages.

    When Customers return products by Customer’s reason, the Customer has to pay all return shipping fees.

    This return policy does not apply to products which are produced or altered according to the Customer’s wishes.

  • Changes to the Service and this Agreement

WANOYA reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Jurisdiction and Settlement of Disputes

This Agreement is interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any contractual dispute is primarily settled through negotiations, in other cases disputes are settled at the Court in Nagoya/Japan.
